Tipping CAMBOGDE

Tipping can be complicated. Although it is not part of cultural habits, it is seen by Cambodians as an important sign of appreciation. Its amount is left to your discretion and we do not impose it on our customers.

For guides and drivers, this sum constitutes a significant part of their income. However, it is not easy to determine an amount per person. This can be significant if the group is large and relatively modest if there are only two of you. It is therefore necessary to take into account various factors (number of participants, skills of the guides, etc.) in order to leave an adequate tip. We suggest the following amounts:

• 8 to 15 euros per day and per group for the guide

• 4 to 8 euros per day and per group for the driver

• One ​​euro per hotel service and per group
