When you arrive at Vientiane Airport, Luang Prabang Airport, Pakse Airport or border gates, you will take few minutes to fullfil the necessary entry formalities.
+ If you opt for a visa upon arrival, you must first get the visa: 
   - Submit to visa service 
   - Present all your papers: passport, ID photo; 35 usd/person
   - Collect your passport with a visa 
   - Present at the Customs Counter to check travel documents 
+ If you already have your visa:
   -  Present at the Customs Counter to check travel documents
  - Collect your luggage and leave the airport or border crossing If a reception is planned ahead, you will be awaited by your guide or your driver who holds in his hand an iLOTUS TOURS Board on which inscribes your name or the name of a person from your group. 
+ We advise that you should not follow anyone who does not have an iLOTUS TOURS Board in their hand. If you do not meet anyone from iLOTUS TOURS, you should go to the "information desk” and ask for help: call the iLOTUS TOURS hotline or phone number of your guide.
