Da Nang

The city of Da Nang is intimately linked to the history of the French presence in Vietnam. It is indeed in this bay that the Franco-Spanish troops led by Admiral Rigault de Genouilly and Colonel Langerote landed in 1858. During the colonial period, Da Nang was a leading port.
With its airport, Da Nang offers privileged access to Hoi An and Hue. Travelers don't usually stop for longtime at Da Nang. Therefor, the very pretty bridge, whose arches represent the silhouette of a dragon, and the museum dedicated to Cham art are still an interesting visit!
