Dam Chuon lagoon, at 18 km from Hue, covers an area of 3000 ha. It works on the same principle as the Tonle Sap lake in Cambodia. Here, the fishermen live in depending on the tide of lagoon: twice a day. They catch fish and crab on small wooden sampans. This large lagoon offers a perfect place for those who want to discover the life of local fishermen.
